Free WiFi is available throughout the hotel. It is activated by registering a phone number on the network and a verification code that will be sent to you on the specified phone.

Reception and accommodation service around the clock.

Delivery of correspondence received by the Guests. You can use our address as a temporary address to receive physical letters, any other correspondence or packages. The administrator will inform you about the receipt of correspondence, the maid service will deliver it to the room, if necessary.

Carrying luggage (from car to room, from room to car). The service is provided upon your request. To order a luggage service, call the front desk before check-out and designate a convenient time for you to have the hotel staff pick up your luggage from your room.

Alarm. The service is provided upon your request. To request a wake-up call, call the front desk and advise the required wake-up time. At the specified time, the administrator will make three phone calls to your number with an interval of 3 minutes.

Daily housekeeping. Daily cleaning is carried out without special notice, unless you left a "DO NOT DISTURB" sign on the door of the room. Cleaning includes making the bed and changing towels. Pay attention to the rule for changing towels that we have posted in the bathroom: The maid will change the towels that you leave on the floor.

Change of bed linen. Produced once every two days during the current cleaning.

Shoeshine. This service is provided automatically. You can find a shoe shine machine at the reception.

Luggage storage. Our hotel provides a temporary luggage storage service. If you need to temporarily leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out, please contact the administrator who will help you place your luggage for temporary storage.

Taxi call. To call a taxi, you can contact the front desk, indicating the desired time for the taxi, or use the taxi call service yourself by phone or on the Internet.

Call an ambulance. In case of illness or feeling unwell, contact the administrator to call a doctor or an ambulance service. A first aid kit is also available for you at the reception.

An ironing board with iron for self-use is located in each room. Please do not forget about fire safety rules.

Tourist information (city maps, information materials, posters and brochures of current events are available for you at the reception. For advice on all events or to purchase tickets, you can contact the reception.

Reservation and sale of tickets to theaters, sports, entertainment events and various types of transport (including using Internet services). At the reception desk, the administrator on duty can purchase or book tickets for various types of transport, theaters, exhibitions and other entertainment events for you.

Parking. You can leave your car in the guarded park on site.

Board games. In the sports complex you can find a set of various board games (chess, checkers, dominoes, backgammon, etc.) and use any of them in your room or in the sports complex itself.

Telephone. Each room has a mobile phone for communication with staff, restaurant, hotel administration and communication between rooms.

Individual safe. Read the instructions carefully before use. You will find the instructions next to the safe.

Bottled drinking water, a tea station with a set of individual tea and coffee brews and a set of dishes. Replenished daily as needed.

Sanitary and hygienic room equipment: hair dryer, cosmetic mirror (on the main bathroom mirror), bathrobe (for each Guest), 3 towels for each Guest (for hands, universal, bath), bath cap (for each Guest) , slippers (for each Guest)

Toiletries (for each Guest. Change as needed): toilet soap in the package, tooth kit (brush + paste), hair shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, backup roll of toilet paper.

Household room equipment: shoe sponge, clothes brush, shoe horn, sewing kit, bottle opener, portable flashlight (batteries operated), writing utensils (paper, pen), bags for personal hygiene items in a dispenser, paper napkins in a dispenser, terry napkins (daily change as needed), landry bag.

Curtains - 100% Blackout. For your comfort, the rooms are equipped with 100% blackout curtains.

Room equipment for children 0-3 years old: At your request, we can install a baby cot, a baby chair, a footboard for the bathroom, a baby toilet seat in the room. if you did not leave comments when booking a room, contact the administrator by phone or in person at the front desk to obtain this additional room set.


If necessary, guests can use the computer at the Reception.
